At Sociedad de Seguros Mutuos Marítimos de Vigo we work to identify and resolve the needs of our members in a quick and personalised way, offering the best service to our clients. For this reason, the Mutual Society provides various channels for making different queries and procedures related to the services it offers.
If you have not received a satisfactory solution to your query or problem through any of these channels, you can lodge a formal complaint with the bank’s Customer Ombudsman.
The maximum period for the resolution of Complaints and Claims, according to Order ECO 734/2004 of 11 March, is two months from the date it is received by the Customer Service Department or Customer Ombudsman; after this time, if your incident has not been resolved or you are not satisfied with its resolution, you may contact:
